Abstract

|
Objective : To review the effect of the immunization registry management program which Health Center guide private health care institutions to report the detailed information of their vaccination case during it’s inspection to them in
In-cheon
Method : We examined the change in the number of institutions and cases reporting detailed information immunization registry after the program was operated by Health Center.
Result and conclus~on : Before the program, most of private health care institutions reported only the number of
vaccination without detail information to health center was less 20%. However, after the program, the institutions and
cases which report the detailed information of vaccination case to the health center were increased. This study has some limitations. However, We have little study that applied a intervention to increase the rate of institutions and cases
reporting in detail. this study supply useful informations for improving the function of public health center.
